These taste very close to the real thing… only better because there is no starch!!!
Ingredients
- 1 Head cauliflower
- 3 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- ⅔ Cup Soaked Cashews
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Miso Paste
- ½ Tablespoon Psyllium Husk Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Freshly Chopped Parsley
- Salt
Procedures
- Blend in food processor with ¼ cup water. Strain in nut mylk bag. This will get rid of cauliflower taste.
- Blend in food processor until desired consistency is reached. Add salt to taste.
- Hand mix in chopped parsley.
For Gravy:
Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon Miso
- ¼ Avocado
- 2 Teaspoons Tamari
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 10 shiitake Mushrooms
- ¼ Teaspoon Thyme
- ¼ Teaspoon Sage
- 1 Cup Water
Procedures
Blend all in blender except for 4 mushrooms.
Chop remainder mushrooms and stir in.
Using hot water will make the gravy warm!
Put on top of Mashed “Potatoes” or any other dish calling for gravy!
