This recipe requires minimum 24 hours to prepare. It is ridiculously amazing. I can’t stop eating it!

Ingredients

2 Cups Cashews, Soaked

¼ Cup Pine Nuts

1 teaspoon Salt

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 Cup Water

5 Capsules Probiotic (or equaling 200 billion organisms)

Favorite Dried Herbs For Rolling

Procedures

Blend in high speed blender until creamy

Stir in probiotics by hand.

Pace in mason jar and rubber and cheesecloth over the top. Put in warm dark place for 10-24 hours, depending on how you like the taste. Placing it in the dehydrator At 90º will speed along the process.

Form into wheel and Place mixture in cheesecloth or nut milk bag and place in colander. Place a weighted plate on the top and let sit in the sink or on plate for 3-7 hours depending on how firm you wan the cheese.

Take out of cheesecloth and form a better wheel with hands. Cover with favorite herbs. I used Sage, Rosemary, Peppercorn, and Thyme.

Place in dehydrator to make more firm if desired. Making a bigger wheel will allow the outside to get firm but keeps the inside soft.

Awesomely Good Pizza!

Ingredients:

-Walnuts

-Liquid Aminos

-Italian seasoning

-Garlic

-Almonds

-Green, Red, Yellow Peppers

-EVOO

-your favorite raw sauce

Start off by chopping up the peppers and marinating them in italian seasoning and EVOO.  set aside.

In FP put walnuts, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and liquid aminos. Add water until paste is formed. Spread on teflex sheet or put in pie pan. place in dehydrator for 12 hours at 105 degrees. if in a pie pan take out and flip half way.

To make “RiNOTta” Cheese:

Soak Almonds for 6-8 hours. Put in FP with 2 cloves of garlic, a handful of parsley, a bit of italian seasoning and some salt.

Spread your sauce on crust and add toppings! This is delicious! Make sure the crust is not too thin or it gets mushy!

Found this recipe online a while ago.. a must for those who miss their morning bagels and cream cheese!

-2 cups cashews

-3 tbspn Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1/4 cup lemon juice (this will cut back the sweetness of the cashews)

-water

-your choice of flavoring! I like chives :)

mix all ingredients in food processor, adding water slowly, little at a time, until desired thickness is created! Spread on your favorite raw bagel!

 

Cheddar Sauce

Great for mac and cheese or veggie dip!

Ingredients

-1 cup cashews

-1/2 lg red bell pepper

-1/4 cup water

-2 tbspn lemon juice

-2 tbspn nutritional yeast

-1tbspn tahini

- Salt to taste

- Onion powder to taste (i use about 2 tbspn)

Blend in food processor or vitamix (to make it hot) until sauce is formed! put over the top of some zucchini noodles or kelp noodles for a healthy version of “easy mac!”… or just use for a great veggie dip!
