This hit the spot! I made them without the oats and the base was just delicious! I made the frosting and frankly 2 tablespoons of the liquid stevia was way too much. I had to scrape it off (I wish I tasted it before frosting the base). Anyway, I ended up cutting the base into squares, freezing it and adding it to my chocolate protein shakes. So YUMMY! I’m going to make it again this week only this time add the liquid stevia a drop at a time :O) Thanks for great recipes!

But I’ve read studies comparing people on low-fat and modified low-carb diets which have found those on the low carb diets lost only equal amounts of weight, but tended to keep the weight off after the diet was discontinued.
