Traveling raw is actually pretty easy! The main thing that should concern you is staying hydrated, as flying dehydrates you and there is no good water in the airports! I use Mega Hydrate, an amazing product that will ensure your hydration. I buy mine HERE. I start taking 3 a couple days before i am ready to leave and then take 6 or 7 the day of my trip! I stay hydrated the entire time!

Looking to start a cleanse to move some unwanted things from the body? Wanting to lose some excess weight? Here is an amazing cleanse to try! It is a way better choice over the master cleanse and you will feel amazing! Remember, when fasting the first 3 days are normally the hardest.

Something i forgot to mention in this video: Every morning try drinking some bentonite clay. This will help absorb all of the toxins your body is emitting and move it out. Also, drinking some senna tea, or “smooth move” tea will help to stimulate bowel movements, since no solid food is being consumed during the time of the fast.

The Superfood Smoothie of your LIFE December 20, 2010

Ok if you dont have the most intense energy rush after this… something is seriously wrong!

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • Thai Coconut
  • 3 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • Heaping tbsp Maca
  • Handful Goji!
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Shilajit (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Cordyseps (optional)
  • frozen strawberries

Sum Up:

Week 1:

-Cut out toxins: Coffee, Alcohol, Soda, “Recreational” Drugs, etc.

-Bring in Juices once comfortable

 

Week 2-4:

-Introduce Vegetarian Lifestyle

-Slowly move out meat, Starting with one meal and then moving to all three

 

Week 5-8:

-Introduce a Vegan Diet

-Start cutting out dairy, one meal at a time. Also moving out other products such as eggs.

-Colonics!

-Move in raw snacks between meals, then slowly move in whole meals raw when ready!

 

*Keep a Journal of progression so you can visually see how you are feeling

*Take notice in complexion differences and energy levels

*Seek out Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics if necessary

*LISTEN to your body! Depending on your toxicity level, this can take much longer than 8 weeks!

Lately, i have been adding in Dr. Patrick Flanigan’s Mega Hydrate. Opening up one of these capsules and throwing it in will make sure no oxidation occurs, and will guarantee 100% delivery to the cell source!
