Expect to see a lot of amoothies and soups popping up this week as I am doing a liquid only cleanse!

Chai Smoothie
-1 cup cashews, soaked overnight and rinsed
-1 cup ice cubes
-1 scoop vanilla Sun Warrior protein
-1/2 tsp ground cardamom
-1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
-1/2 tsp all spice
- chunk of ginger about the size of a quarter, or 1 tsp ground ginger
-pinch of salt
-1 1/2 cup water
Blend all ingredients in vitamix until smooth! Very creamy and very filling!
