Ingredients:
- 1 cup cashews soaked for 12 hours
- 2 tbspn Tahini
- 1 tbspn Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbspn Lemon
- Water
Put ingredients in high powered blender, (a food processor would work too but having a high power blender will make it thicker) and add one tbspn water at a time until a thick consistency is reached.
