Great for mac and cheese or veggie dip!
-1 cup cashews
-1/2 lg red bell pepper
-1/4 cup water
-2 tbspn lemon juice
-2 tbspn nutritional yeast
- Salt to taste
- Onion powder to taste (i use about 2 tbspn)
Blend in food processor or vitamix (to make it hot) until sauce is formed! put over the top of some zucchini noodles or kelp noodles for a healthy version of “easy mac!”… or just use for a great veggie dip!
